Located in the historic Hays County Courthouse, the Hays County Museum offers up stories of notable regional individuals including Texas Ranger Jack Hays, rancher Lizzie Johnson Williams, and mural artist Buck Winn. A small theatre screens documentaries on regional history produced by the county historical commission.
